Do I need to bolt the All In One to the floor?
It depends. The Weight Stack version does not need to be bolted to the floor. However, the Plate-Loaded version does need to be bolted to the floor due to its lighter weight.
What rack attachments are compatible with the All-In-One Trainer?
The All-in-One Trainer is compatible with 2.3" x 2.3" (5/8" Holes) rack attachments.
How long does assembly usually take?
Assembly roughly takes 1-2 hours. The longest part of assembly is installing the cables.
Can assembly be done with a single person?
Yes, assembly can absolutely be done with one person! We do recommend having another person to help out to make assembly easier though.
What tools are required for assembly and are they included?
The assembly tools required are: Knife/Box Cutter, 4mm Allen Key, 2x19mm wrench, 2x17mm wrench or socket wrench, a fixed wrench and either a flathead or Phillips screwdriver. Tools are not included.

Why are my cables twisting?
The cable is meant to be used in a linear motion, any twisting or rotating of the cables will twist the cables. Since the cable ends are fixed, repeatedly using only one side will gradually spin/twist the cables.
[Plate-Loaded] - Are weight plates included with the Plate-Loaded version?
No, the Plate Loaded All-In-One Trainer does not include weight plates. However, it is designed to be compatible with 2" Olympic-sized weight plates, which are widely available and commonly used in most home and commercial gyms.

The distance is just over 44" inches.
